Jury's still out

I got these to replace the cracking plastic lids on a set of enameled steel storage bowls. Since I haven't used the one whose lid I had to throw away, I can't tell how they'll work out. I don't like how they feel very "sticky," but that may be necessary for them to really seal when they're on the bowls.

Microwave reheat covers

We use these to cover reheat items in the microwave. Very nice to help keep it clean. Easy to clean lids. As mentioned in other reviews these do not keep a tight seal. But, have so many uses.

At last

I had lost so many lids to my bowls over the years, and I have been looking in our stores for a long time, so I started to look on line and behold I found these and I am happy with my find, They are just what I needed,

Needs 9.5" silicone lid

I finally have lids to fit over my large salad bowls due to the oversized lid that comes in the set. It was always difficult to find enough of those very large shower cap covers to fit over the large salads. It would be complete if the set included a 9.5" lid to cover 10" bowls too. I had to buy that size from another supplier.

Don't stay on

In theory these are great alternatives to plastic wrap, but if the lid gets even the slightest bit of moisture on it, or if the rim of the bowl isn't perfectly dry and clear of food, the lids just completely won't stick. So they work fine the first time you try to cover something, but when moisture inevitably builds up in the container, these are impossible to get back on. Really disappointed and wish I hadn't bought so many thinking they would be the solution to plastic wrap, instead I should have just invested in more high quality tupperware with actual lids.
